The two guys that did our job were great. (Rich and Ollie). Very professional and we were very happy with their work. Eric stopped by on Saturday to see if we were happy. We had one screen that had a small hole in it. Eric took it out and said he will get it fixed and bring it back. The guys worked 12 hour days to get the job done. Great experience. This is my second time doing business with New York Sash and I wish that anything needed to be fixed or replaced in my home that New York Sash could take care of it. The staff did exactly what they said they would do. If an appointment is made for 10 a.m., the person will be at your home at 10 a.m. Promptness is important to me and that expectation was met every time. My meeting with Mike to assist with upgrading a bathroom went perfectly. Mike went above and beyond to assist with all issues and concerns to upgrade the bathroom. Sean and Pat installed our shower and did an amazing job with NO MESS and utmost courtesy, even with lots of challenges thrown in their path.
