The Design Consultant, Bob, was very nice – thorough with the explaining of the job and answered all our concerns. The window installers were outstanding workers – they know their jobs! The weather outside was so cold and windy – they remained kind and friendly and very concerned for our warmth and comfort – very neat. I was concerned about my oak trim inside the windows and how if would look outside – just beautiful! Looks like a new house! The best test of the new windows was the draft from the old window (the reason for removal and replacement) – it was below zero outside and the draft was gone! New windows were all that your company promised.
The installers did an excellent job! Generally, we are very happy with our new windows. Also great quality of work. The windows are amazing, we would further recommend! Thank you New York Sash!
The work was completed in a very professional & timely manner. I had a plumbing problem with a very old sewer pipe in my basement so I went over to New York Sash and scheduled my free estimate. They fixed my problem in no time! Also, the installers Zac and Henry & Salesman Mark were very professional as well!

The project went very well, took approximately three days from start to finish. Despite the weather (rain, heavy rain, and a few snow flakes) the installers did a fantastic job on my home. From removing the old siding to building out the windows that I also bought from New York Sash, to the outside light fixtures.
