New York Sash installed a new double front door for us. The salesman was very knowledgeable. However, the installers were who really sold us on New York Sash. They were friendly, polite, on time, and courteous. We also had them install some gutters for us as well. All the work was done in a neat, timely, efficient manner. The overall process was smooth. It went very well.

Old sun room was taken down, new year-round room was built-up to house level (handicap-accessible.) old deck & ramp taken down, new ramp & deck were built. NY Sash (Marc & Wayne) were polite, professional & responded to any questions or concerns I had during entire project.

The service was prompt and excellent. The sales staff were up front and honest. Very unusual. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need. They worked with my situation and needs. Very honest.... I feel that I did receive the best quality window on the market. They are beyond words in every way. Sound proof/insulation from cold/reduced fuel costs/very excellent looking/easy operation of window/total whole house window replacement. They are just GREAT<>><><
I meet with a sales rep. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not want to buy. No bait and switch. Every aspect of the sale was just perfect. He knew as I did that his product was just perfect. These windows far exceed anything that I could imagine at a price which was affordable to me. The installation of the windows was like a well oiled machine. The crew knew what to do and did it without any problems. It only took about five hours to replace my 13 windows. Two of which needed reframing. They were neat and tidy. No clean up problems or messes. When they where done. My 23 year old house looked new again. Great team work. I would order anything from New York SASH again in the future. I am thinking about a deck next year. I am going to call them first. They stand behind the product with a life time transferable warranty. No questions asked window repair policy. Where can you find that today?

The people who work for your company are absoultely fantastic! I am tired of hiring independent contractors on past work that I have had done on my home…they have wasted my time and have done shoddy jobs. Thank you for a job well done especially for respecting my time, for respecting me as a person and for taking care of my home. Positive experience from start to finish! Rich in the showroom was helpful and followed up with appointment, Dave was a great salesman - answered all our questions. Mark, Wayne and Sergey were FANTASTIC! Prompt, efficient - hardworking - clean - their attention to detail was admirable - would recommend them to anyone!

NY Sash did a beautiful job on our new year round room. The workers (Mark + Wayne) were wonderful. They were competent, professional, and took the time to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. The work was done with minimal disruption and they cleaned up any and all debris when they were done. We have received many compliments on our new room and we would recommend them to anyone. P.S. Our dog Monty made 2 new friends and loves his new doggy door!

They both reminded me when I asked about my windows that they were good windows and that I will be happy with them. We are very pleased with our new replacement windows and the workmanship that went in to installing them, James and his co-worker are very professional, informative and answered all of our questions. Also, very courteous and cleaned work areas as they finished each project. The work performed was above and beyond and I would not hesitate to request James and his co-worker for any future remodeling projects.

Mark and Sergey were very professional, courteous and friendly. They worked extremely hard. When needed, always asked for our input to ensure the project was done the way we wanted. These two individuals work well together as a team and you are very fortunate to have such hard-working dedicated employees.
