Jennifer Olivadoti

General Manager

My journey with New York Sash began in December 1998. I was living in South Carolina, working as a relationship banker when my sister Jill offered me a job. I was hired to work in the office; however, I didn't know anything about the home improvement industry. I started by working in the marketing department where I made phone calls to schedule appointments. I then worked in the office as the receptionist and office assistant, which then led to handling financing, installation and customer service. Today, I am the General Manager and oversee the entire business. During my years here I have learned a lot about the home improvement industry. Making our customers happy is my ultimate goal. One thing I love about New York Sash is that everyone in our company is driven to provide superior customer service before, during and after the sale. I also enjoy working with my immediate family as well as my New York Sash family, which continues to grow. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, my husband Mike and our son.
 

Kathryn Reilly

Marketing and Production

I started working for New York Sash while still in high school. I have had various tasks throughout the years, from data entry to administrative assistant to the role I have today. In May 2008 I graduated from Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship with a Dual Bachelor degree in Policy Studies and Political Science. I love working here because I see my friends and family on a regular basis. Currently, I have become very interested in learning about the process of producing a local television show and various social marketing techniques.
 

Paul Carcone

Call Center & Appointment Manager

I have been in the home improvement business for over seven years and have worked my way up from telemarketing to manager. Recently, I joined the New York Sash team as a Call Center and Appointment Manager. I have quickly learned that customer satisfaction is very important to this close knit team. My goal at New York Sash is to provide our customers with my expertise and knowledge about our products and to better help them make a decision about improving their home. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, spending time outdoors and watching and attending sporting events.
 

Kristy Clifford

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

I have worked in media since 1999 and with New York Sash for the last two years as an Associate Producer of the TV show CNY's Open House. I joined the New York Sash team full time in September of 2009. I am excited to work with a company that prides itself on reputation and that is family oriented. My goal at New York Sash is to do my best to help solve customer problems and to make our customers happy that they chose New York Sash for their home improvement needs. In my spare time I am an avid reader, love music and spending time with family and friends.
